1. How can I report a comment or video that violates ALIVE’s Terms of Use?

To report a video, click the three dots on the upper right corner of the video and click Report. To report a comment, slide the comment to the left and click Report. We check reported content everyday and delete them if we feel that they violate our Terms of Use. You can also e-mail us at feedback@Alive-Story.com, please make sure to include the link of the video and the user's ID.

2. What kinds of features does 'ALIVE' offer?

We offer special effects, dynamic video filters, animated objects, customizable text, sound effects and music. In addition to our editing features, we also provide you with a platform to share your content with other ALIVE users.


1. I lost my password. How can I reset it?

Go to the login page, and click 'Forgot password?'. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and you will receive an email to reset your password.

2. How can I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your account, contact feedback@alive-story.com (with the e-mail you used to create your account, don’t forget to include your username).


1. What video formats are supported?

We currently support H.263(3GP,MP4),H.264 AVC(3GP,MP4),MPEG-4 SP(3GP).

2. How can I stop videos from auto-playing?

Click the 'Profile' tab and you will see the option icon on the top right. Once you click it, you will see PLAYBACK SETTINGS, from there you can choose to stop videos from auto-playing.

3. Can I add more than one video or photo (in a project)?

Yes! Keep in mind that the app will automatically crop projects over 30 seconds.

4. Why only 30 seconds?

We currently use a high performance cloud server that quickly renders high quality videos. At this point in time, we are only able to support videos up to 30 seconds long. We are working towards providing you with longer videos without having to give up quality or performance. As always, we will keep you updated on any new developments.


1. How do I follow or unfollow a person?

If you’d like to follow someone, simply click the Follow button Under the persons profile picture. If you'd like to unfollow someone, look under the profile picture then click the Following button.

2. What does the badge on my profile mean?

There are currently five badges to identify your profiles ranking. The five badges are (in order from lowest to highest) the clover, the diamond, the spade, the queen and the king. In order to get your first badge, you need to actively create videos with our provided features. The more creative or entertaining your videos is, the more chances you’ll get to be featured and earn higher ranking badges.

3. How do I share my videos to my social networks like Facebook or Youtube?

If there is a video you'd like to share, look underneath the video and there are three buttons, the one on the far right is the share button. Happy Sharing!
